It's been a long while since the story section last had any attention. A while back, I gave up on the idea of ever finishing my Star Wars stories, so instead have typed out a rough outline as to what may have happened during the rest of the saga. I've also expanded the names & characters section with images where possible.
Did some work behind the scenes of the game blog page so that the game filters now work much better.
A couple of months back I found loads of old notes about all the old Epic Space Marine games we played, starting from back when I was in high school. I thought it would be a good idea to type them all up as best I could, and upload them all. While I was at it, I also converted the Epic-S and 40K battle reports from their PDF state to HTML, and they can be found on the Warhammer 40K page.
On this page you will find any Resident Evil related stuff that I make, such as maps and guides. I can't guarantee any of the files are 100% accurate, but I've done my best to get the information correct.
I got the Director's Cut of the original Resident Evil for the PS1 back in the 90s, but back then I only got to the underground section, and never actually finished the game. For some reason in mid 2011, I made up my mind that I was finally gonna get through it. And not only that, I was gonna make some detailed maps as I went on the adventure.
I started with Jill in normal mode, as that's what I tried way back then...
These maps were used by JPTR when making his Resident Evil mod for Skyrim called "The Evil Mansion", which can be found on Nexusmods and Steam Workshop. You should check it out. It looks freakin awesome.
After going through Jill's normal mission, I decided to go through the Chris advanced mission, just for shits and giggles. Though it was more challenging (yes I'm talking to you, Hunters!) I much prefer this mode as it forces you to go to a lot of the parts of the mansion you could just skip passed during normal mode.
In 99 or 2000 I had played a bit of Resident Evil 2 while on holiday with a few friends, but we never managed to get all the way through a single scenario. So in April 2012 it was finally this game's turn to get the Stebloke treatment, so I downloaded it to my PS3 and got stuck in.
NOTE: The maps definitely aren't final yet. You are welcome to send me corrections to the maps if I've made errors, and I will fix them. The things I do not know 100% are:
In November 2015 I realised there was only one "classic" style Resident Evil game available to me that I had not played yet. After grabbing a copy for the PS2 from ebay, I got stuck in, and put on my map-making glasses once again...
